| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Switch and Mastercard. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We reserve the right to withdraw any items from the Web site at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order. |

| Delivery Schedule We despatch items ordered by you as they are available using a Standard and Premium service in the UK and Airmail outside of the UK. The delivery charge is stated on your order. Standard Service: Royal Mail First Class post. You will receive your product in 2-3 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm Mon to Fri. Premium Service: Special Delivery Next Working Day by 1.00 pm to 99%* of the UK only, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places that take longer to deliver to guaranteed delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm. Orders must be received by 3pm Mon to Fri. Requires customer signature. International Airmail Service: Normally within 5 working days. Requires customer signature. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is wrong. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries. On occasion items may be lost in the post. If this occurs, you must contact us within 14 days of your order. Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the Cancellation & Returns Policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that my be levied at the delivery destination. |
| Credit Card Security All credit card payments are verified by Protx and processed by Lloyds Merchant Services. Please note that at no time are we provided with your credit card details when you purchase online. Payment will be made by the credit or debit cards listed at the time of the sale. Payment will be debited from your account upon despatch of the goods to you. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment. We have the right to suspend any orders that we perceive as suspicious. |
| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our Arcon and Grand Designs 3D software titles come with a 30 day trial period. We offer a full no quibble guarantee during this period for all titles in these ranges, should you need to return the product for any reason. Please note that this excludes any non Arcon or Grand Designs 3D branded products. Products must be returned in full packaging in an acceptable condition. Our 30 day refund period begins from the date of your invoice. Products with activated serial numbers cannot be returned. |
